Hub Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage daily activities at our hub, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the hub's performance, ensuring high productivity levels and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). They will create, review, and validate reports of the Hub, supporting the Customer Support team in call outs to solve customer escalations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement process improvement initiatives and projects geared towards increasing Hub productivity.
  • Handle payment transactions and other payment processes.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators in overseeing agency teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Experience in payments processing or similar function.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
