Senior IT Business Analyst Position

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and documentation of project delivery needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business, data, and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements aligned with our standards.
  • Work with business, IT teams, and vendors to analyze and explain feasibility of security options.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment between business strategy and solution delivery.
  • Collect process information and document in defined templates.
  • Raise issues and risks, proposing workarounds and resolutions for problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Australian Cyber Security Centre and NIST Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or IT discipline.
  • Agile/Scrum master training.
  • Testing methodologies and planning.
  • Business Analysis Certification (BABOK – Level 3 CBAP).
  • Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and understand business issues.
