We're looking for a Performance Metrics Specialist to join our Consumer Business Sector. As a key member of our Strategic Business Analytics team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
  2. Create scoring/segmentation models to improve digital channel enrollment of customers, usage, and engagement.
  3. Influence customer targeting, campaign strategy, and execution, as well as inform other key stakeholders.
  4. Aid in the development and execution of new innovation strategies to drive business growth and assess partnership opportunities.
  5. Provide promo forecast and insights, including relevant portfolio metrics, profit and loss targets, and identify customer segments to tap.
  6. Partner with program/product managers to enhance programs through post-campaign reviews, tracking reports, and analyses.
  7. Spearhead deep dive analyses of customers to investigate business challenges or identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. College graduate of any business, statistical, or mathematical course.
  2. At least 3 years of analytics experience in a financial institution, preferably from a retail bank or credit card company.
  3. Experience dealing with various units of the organization and customer service is an advantage.
  4. Intermediate working knowledge of SAS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  5. Experience in model-building, conducting portfolio studies using data mining techniques and statistical modeling tools.
  6. Excellent analytical capabilities, ability to translate technical thoughts and ideas to a larger audience, including influencing skills with peers and senior management.
  7. Proven problem-solving skills in a financial industry setting.
