Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Expert to manage and optimize our marketing workflows, ensuring smooth automation of email, SMS campaigns, pipelines, and lead management systems.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in marketing automation, email/SMS marketing, or CRM management, and strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and other automation tools. They also have basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for email and automation customizations.

The key responsibilities include building, managing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns, setting up and maintaining automated pipelines to streamline lead nurturing and sales processes, working within GoHighLevel (GHL) to create workflows, triggers, and CRM automations, handling basic coding for email templates and minor automation customizations, maintaining and updating spreadsheets for tracking campaign performance and KPIs, troubleshooting automation issues, and improving workflow efficiency.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation and conversion rates, resulting in significant business growth and revenue increase.
