Job Description
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring Agency Supervisors and Agency Coordinators in building strong relationships with key store personnel. They will determine and provide personal training and development programs for Key Agency Personnel via field coaching and one-on-one meetings through a program.
Evaluation of training and development programs of Key Agency Personnel is another important aspect of this role. The candidate will also strengthen relationships with key store personnel through regular store visits in assigned territories.
Attend customized tabletop reviews with key branches to determine appropriate merchandiser count and man-hours to maximize productivity. Develop merchandiser workflow, create ideal time and motion studies as a basis for merchandiser deployment, and ensure deployment of quality merchandisers.
Promote systems like Kamustahan, KRA Checking and Evaluation to resolve in-store merchandising concerns promptly. Create and update the Store Info Manual quarterly, including key store personnel, availability scores, facings measurements, and achievement targets.
Ensure proper execution of BTL promotions and trade promos, recruit manpower and materials needed for projects/promotions in coordination with partner agencies and suppliers, conduct regular audits and performance checks of scheduled activities, and submit end project reports.
Implement national in-store merchandising based on standard guidelines and workflows. Manage regular and special POPs, including shelf talkers, headers, wobblers, mass displays, product highlights, special displays, decals, MS Displayer, and special containers.
Suggest operational improvements in availability, visibility, merchandising, promotion execution, and Bad Order management. Create standard BCPs for ACs at the store level to ensure productivity during store visits.
Develop pilot and stretch programs to test new processes improving availability, visibility, merchandising, and promo execution for growth and profit.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and business acumen are necessary for success in this role. Basic marketing (4Ps) and computational skills are required, along with knowledge of Cost Benefit Analysis and Basic Marketing Research techniques.
The ideal candidate should be willing to do fieldwork and be assigned anywhere, including Laguna.
