Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to support our billing and collections processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and resolving customer inquiries.

Key Tasks:

  1. Develop and maintain an accurate Invoice Monitoring File.
  2. Process billing transactions in QuickBooks.
  3. Verify invoice accuracy and completeness before submission to Service Delivery Managers.
  4. Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment matters.
  5. Analyze and respond to customer account queries.
  6. Prepare and distribute monthly statements of account.
  7. Monitor and follow up on past due accounts.
  8. Generate and review account-aging reports.

Requirements

  • Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting or finance function.
