Conversational AI Developer

We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Developer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and passion for Generative AI to drive innovation in the field.


As a Conversational AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying conversational AI solutions that redefine how people interact with technology. Your expertise will focus on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications, ensuring seamless and natural language interactions.


Key responsibilities include fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs, developing and refining prompting strategies, processing and preparing data for training, evaluating model performance, and contributing to MLOps practices. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality conversational AI solutions.


To succeed in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in machine learning or software engineering, with hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI technologies. You should also possess strong programming skills in Python, knowledge of machine learning principles and algorithms, cloud computing experience, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in machine learning or software engineering
