The Fixed Assets and Supplies Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the inventory and documentation of fixed assets and supplies within the store. This role requires close coordination with various departments to ensure effective execution of deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and receive Fixed Assets Transfer Memos (FATMs) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in asset transfers.
  • Manage supply requisitions from departments, ensuring timely delivery of requested items.
  • Conduct physical inventories of fixed assets and supplies to maintain accurate records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
