In this role, you will be responsible for managing product listings on Target+, ensuring that they are fully optimized for visibility and sales.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing, handle listing issues, and ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Management:
    • Monitor and manage listings to ensure health issues are surfaced and addressed effectively.
    • Work with stakeholders to understand the root causes of listing health issues and relist products efficiently.
    • Collaborate with creative and SEO teams to acquire approved content, including photos, enhanced brand content, brand stories, video content, and storefronts.
    • Troubleshoot issues encountered when publishing content and communicate effectively among involved parties.
    • Manage timelines for seasonal content.
  • Catalog Management:
    • Oversee the management of the product catalog on these marketplaces.
    • Work with channel managers to update product attributes, categories, and create variations.
    • Ensure all product information is accurate and current, with correct categorization for optimal search and browsing.
    • Create product variations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Listing Troubleshooting:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing.
    • Handle listing issues, including suppressed listings and content errors.
    • Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines, optimizing for visibility and mitigating risks.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Monday.com, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
