Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and performing internal process/product audits, creating audit reports, and communicating quality audit results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal process/product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Create detailed audit reports and present findings to management
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Provide training and guidance on quality-related topics to team members
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in software quality management
  • Strong knowledge of QC tools, RCA tools, and techniques
  • Familiarity with CMMI, ISO9001, Six Sigma, and software quality audit
  • Experience in software development processes, including Waterfall and Agile
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
