Own a feature and create end-to-end, functional, and integration (API, Web & Mobile) tests for its complex business requirements. (API testing essential)
Write and develop integration, regression, and functional tests using industry standard tools (PostMan, Rest Assured, TestNG, Selenium, Appium) for RESTful APIs. (Only Selenium will not work)
Work with engineers to promote TDD and BDD techniques and assist as needed.
Work cross-functionally to understand requirements and stay up to date with feature development.
Write and execute test plans to ensure the product/services are validated.
Create and maintain feature traceability matrix, requirements traceability matrix, and bug reports to ensure critical features are validated.
Help identify where we can better leverage automation to improve our overall software quality.
Job Qualifications:Must Have Skills:
- At least 5 - 8 years' experience as Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in Automation Testing using Selenium.
- Experience in using C# or Java, but preference is C#, SQL, BDD, and Functional Testing.
- Hands-on experience in creating and writing automated test cases using TDD or BDD techniques.
- Proficient in TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium/Appium & Rest-Assured.
- A broad grasp of software QA approaches: automated front-end (UI) testing, back-end testing, unit/integration/system testing, black/white-box testing, coverage analysis, penetration testing, performance testing, cross-platform testing, QA reporting.
- Experience working on GIT, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools.
Work set-up: Remote/Hybrid
Work location: Open to Manila and Cebu based candidates / or Any PH locations.
