Senior Paraplanner

As a detail-oriented and highly skilled paraplaner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial planning team in providing research, analysis, and documentation to ensure seamless client service.

Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) in line with compliance requirements, conducting product comparisons and strategy modelling for superannuation, insurance, and pension products, and assisting in the setup and structuring of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) for property investment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with financial planning principles and regulatory requirements, as well as proficiency with financial planning tools such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic. Experience with Intelliflow is an advantage but training will be provided.

Requirements for this position include a minimum of 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role, strong analytical skills with the ability to model financial strategies effectively, excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with financial advisers, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. Successful candidates will be expected to be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours, disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work, and reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile clearly marked as 'Independent Contractor'.
