As an Employee Relations Expert at TASQ Staffing Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of all services to the Organization and ensuring that those services are continually improved. This includes developing and building strong relationships with designated operations partners and employees. You will also act as the primary liaison and point of contact between the business and the HR-ER department.

Key Responsibilities:
This role requires a high level of maturity and sense of responsibility. You will be responsible for managing individual employee relations cases, from incident reports through final disposition. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure that all cases are properly documented and will be responsible for issuing complete reports and recommendations. You will also be required to oversee a team of HR Supervisors, Officers, specialists, and assistants, and develop process improvements for all aspects of the employee relations team, monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree and/or proven competencies in HR management, labor law, employee relations, and management. You will also need to have a proven and successful track record of effective leadership in HR and/or Employee Relations Capacity. Additionally, you will need to have in-depth knowledge of HR tools that can be used for HR Operations and have a good understanding of CRM best practices and markets.
