About the Role:- This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective HR initiatives to support business growth.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
- They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential for this position.
