Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager

The company seeks a skilled and experienced product marketing manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for IT product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, competitor positioning, and industry trends.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement GTM strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance product positioning, and accelerate adoption of IT solutions, software, and services.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research to analyze customer needs, competitor positioning, and industry trends.
  3. Build and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging.
  4. Create and enhance sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, whitepapers) to support sales teams.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
  6. Drive demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and ABM strategies.
  7. Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  1. 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  2. Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.
  3. Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.
  4. Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
