HR Coordinator

At Sonak Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring that all necessary documents are completed and accurate. This includes filing forms, updating employee profiles, and maintaining HR records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing and maintaining accurate employee records, including 201 files.
- Updating employee profiles on the Employees Master List.
- Coordinating monthly evaluation forms for probationary employees.
- Compiling and safekeeping all HR documents.
Requirements:
This position requires at least two years' experience in an HR function, preferably with a Bachelor's or College degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management. Strong problem-solving skills, a team-oriented approach, and a solid understanding of general HR policies and procedures are essential for success in this role. Additionally, applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
