Quality Assurance Specialist

At our company, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Crafting comprehensive test plans that ensure rigorous testing of our software products.
  • Identifying, documenting, and replicating reported issues for effective resolution.
  • Collaborating with customer service to swiftly pinpoint bugs and enhance user experience.
  • Updating internal documentation consistently, ensuring it reflects the latest updates and changes.
  • Reporting performance issues and working towards enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Actively participating in company-led improvement programs and initiatives.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Graduated from any four-year course;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiar with using apps on mobile and web;
  • Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
  • Openness to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies, including automation testing with Appium.
