Kitsch is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented EDI Specialist to provide support for our production processes and assist in implementing new EDI trading partners.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously track EDI communications to ensure uninterrupted data exchange with our business partners.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI-related issues, working closely with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution.
  • Trading Partner Setup: Coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space utilization.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2+ years in the Transportation Industry or Logistics field, 1+ year in Customer Service or related field
• EDI Expertise: Experience with EDI documents in retail industry such as 850 / 856 / 810 / 940 / 945
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency using Logistics Software Systems to Track Shipments, Inventory and Orders, MS Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Analytical Expertise: Expertise in analyzing written materials and quantitative data to interpret findings and develop actionable recommendations
• Logistics Background: Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Operations Knowledge: Knowledge of Operations Management Principles and Practices
• CMMS Familiarity: Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
