**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Analyze and resolve application, hardware, and network concerns within expected service levels.
  • Provide on-site assistance and support for various store activities, ensuring proper hardware and system configurations are provided.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of IT assets, identifying outdated or malfunctioning units and providing recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
  • Install and configure standard hardware and software applications for stores and distribution centers, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Provide correct store sales files to the sales processing team in cases of failed posting due to corrupted or missing files.
  • Conduct regular system and network maintenance activities, proactively recommending solutions to enhance overall system output and performance.

**Qualifications**

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related discipline.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and network installations.
  • Can explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to end users.
  • Willing to do field work in different stores across the country.
