The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing skills, including expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in HR technology systems such as JazzHR, Workday, Jobvite, or other ATS.
  • Experience working in an RPO or staffing agency environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
