System Architect

Almaskan Alwafi is seeking a skilled System Architect who thrives on designing scalable systems, launching process automations, and building executive dashboards that drive measurable impact. The ideal candidate will lead the orchestration of advisory committees and subject-matter experts to co-create and optimize systems across our diverse business verticals.

This high-impact role involves simplifying complexity, translating vision into operations, and delivering results that move the needle. As a system architect, you will map and simplify end-to-end processes into crisp SOPs (owners, SLAs, templates), build no/low-code integrations and automations, and launch executive dashboards to track before/after impact.

The successful candidate will source and orchestrate advisory committees/SMEs, identify gaps, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes, and track outcomes. You will also train process owners, drive change management and adoption, and run POC → Pilot → Rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.

  • Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Business Administration or equivalent fields such as Systems Engineering, Data/Applied Statistics, Operations Research, CS/Software (Integrations/APIs), Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Service Design, Project/Product Management, or Quality Management.
  • Experience: 8 years in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-industry exposure: real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Tools: Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace; familiarity with APIs/Webhooks (basic SQL/Apps Script is a plus).
  • BPMN process mapping & concise SOP writing.
  • No/Low-Code automation and API/Webhook integrations.
  • Analytics & KPI design; before/after impact measurement.
  • Advisor sourcing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Project management: Agile, Lean, and 80/20 thinking.
  • Executive communication and clear documentation.
