As a leading expert in DevOps, you will be responsible for owning our Linux systems and ensuring the successful deployment and support of applications running on them. This includes managing custom and open-source applications, as well as proprietary ones.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to support basic needs for Windows DevOps and beyond.

Responsibilities:
  • System Planning and Design: Plan, design, build, and define the monitoring of our Linux and Windows applications and the systems that run them.
  • Client-Request Integrations: Implement client-requested integrations to streamline our operations.
  • Deployment and Support: Design, plan, and support the team in deploying updates and fixes to our systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Conduct root cause analysis of issues and provide resources to the team to prevent similar problems.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, experience with scripting languages, and excellent communication skills.
