Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business intelligence solutions, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.

This is a full-time, salaried position that offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide clear, actionable analysis of key business metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations to address these areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design data models that meet business needs.
  • Maintain consistent grooming of business logic and KPIs across reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing required.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI strongly preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Other Information

This role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving for brief periods of time.
