Product Engineer Opportunity

As a seasoned Product Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product health, focusing on enhancing manufacturing test solutions, optimizing yield and cost, and supporting the product lifecycle from pre-release through production release.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives to boost gross margin through yield improvement and cost reduction by optimizing test time and implementing test optimization strategies.
  • Redesign manufacturing test solutions for released products, incorporating both software and hardware enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot existing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) product test solutions and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality.
  • Support Customer Return and Quality Improvement initiatives through test characterization and the implementation of fan-out solutions to other test platforms.
  • Design experiments for product qualification, stabilization, and process improvement.
  • Evaluate product variants through test validation and bench correlation to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Analyze product data using statistical tools and test hardware, providing insights to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit on Product Health across multiple devices, ensuring seamless product delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C#/VBA/NI.
  • Strong foundation in analog and digital electronics analysis.
  • Ability to read, understand, and analyze complex hardware schematics.
  • Excellent integration skills, able to combine test solutions across hardware and software.
  • Good presentation and documentation skills; proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a semiconductor company.
  • Experience in Test or Product Engineering is highly preferred.
