Key ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional IT support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and Teams environments to enhance collaboration and document management.
  • Maintain the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT systems.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline accounting and administrative tasks.
  • Provide comprehensive training and technical support to staff on new systems and software.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate and manage accounting software, such as Xero and its Integrations.
  • Implement internal reporting systems.
  • Design and structure MS Teams and Security.
  • Utilize remote support tools to deliver effective IT support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in IT support with expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial.
  • Proven skills in cybersecurity, including firewall management and ensuring IT system reliability.
  • Strong knowledge and management experience with Microsoft 365 and Teams environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in remote settings.
  • Effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
