Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior manager with a focus on revenue growth to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO industry and possess excellent leadership skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving performance and achieving targets in our sales team. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing daily and weekly operational plans, delegating work, and ensuring processes are in place to achieve productivity goals and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily and weekly operational plans to achieve SLAs and budgeted constraints.
  • Delegate work and coordinate department functions to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and ensure processes are in place to achieve productivity goals and quality standards.
  • Coach and evaluate staff performance, and orient new team members on project overview.
  • Create operations daily status reports for supervisors or operations managers.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO industry, and excellent leadership skills. Knowledge of inbound, outbound, and non-voice services is a plus.
