Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As an Email Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our holistic beauty programs, their benefits, and exercises.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Offer product recommendations, usage guidance, and holistic beauty advice to customers.
  • Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to improve products and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
