About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their skills and experience to drive results. As a Loan Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering compelling loan product presentations to prospective clients and guiding them through the sales process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound B2B or B2C sales calls to prospective clients within the loans industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leads to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Present customized solutions to address client needs and close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Work Arrangements

We offer a competitive remuneration package including a monthly salary of ₱20,000 - ₱30,000, work schedule on night shift (Mon-Fri, 9 PM to 6 AM Manila time), and office-based work setup.

A sign-on bonus of ₱20,000 is also available for the right candidate. Additionally, rest days are observed on Saturday and Sunday.
