Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and help shape the customer's journey to efficient trade spend management. We need someone who has lived on the front lines of Small to Midsize Business (SMB) helping these companies better understand, optimize, and analyze their trade dollars.

  • Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation for effective deductions processing.
  • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items for timely resolution.
  • Communicate with stakeholders when issues arise during data retrieval or web scraping processes.
  • Maintain detailed manuals for each account, explaining the intricacies of their customer portals.
  • Create and send regular reports to clients with status updates.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Take ownership of department goals by accepting new duties and identifying opportunities for improvement within the Customer Success – Technology Enabled Services department.
Key Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in Trade Promotion Management.
  • A background or education in Accounting.
  • Business level English fluency required.
  • Beginner knowledge of SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with change.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships.
