Job Title: Store Operations Manager

This is a challenging leadership role where you will be responsible for the overall operations of a retail store.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
  • Required Skills: Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, People Management, Coaching, Merchandising Skills.
  • Preferably with Supervisor experience or 5+ years of experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
  2. Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
  3. Ensure proper management of the store's daily operations.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
  5. Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
  6. Greet and serve customers.
  7. Maintain the store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  8. Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
  9. Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
  10. Ensure a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
  11. Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
  12. Manage stock and order supplies as needed.
  13. Report sales, staffing, and operational updates to HQ and superiors.
  14. Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
