Job Title: Business Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, native English speaker to join our team as a Business Communications Specialist. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in public relations, marketing, or communications, along with a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts.

About the Job

  • Assist with the development and implementation of client communication plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of key messages.
  • Manage client relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates to ensure seamless communication.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support client campaigns, utilizing industry knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Draft high-quality communications materials, such as press releases, media advisories, and company statements, that effectively convey client messaging.
  • Coordinate media outreach and manage media lists, leveraging relationships with key journalists and influencers.
  • Monitor media coverage and track campaign results, providing regular reporting and analysis to clients.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in an account management role.
