Our team seeks a skilled Financial Clerk to maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and payments, and reconcile accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain ledgers and journals with precision
  • Process payments in a timely manner for smooth cash flow
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare detailed financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for strategic growth
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes for compliance and accuracy

For this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
