Store Development Lead

Focused on securing and developing store leases and coordinating mall operations in line with UNIQLO standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate contracts, lease conditions, compartments, and itemization of work in line with store development standards.
  • Cross-functionally coordinate and support to enhance existing stores and ensure smooth store operations.
  • Promote existing store operations and new store openings globally.
  • Create and execute store development strategies/plans aligning with business objectives.
  • Implement store openings based on store development standards, developing a highly profitable store network.
  • Share business growth potential and vision with developers and landlords to maintain strong relationships for future opportunities.
  • Source information on store development and identify properties, considering optimum store locations, engaging developers and landlords, and making decisions on openings.
  • Promote store openings and hand over to the sales department, negotiating handover dates and managing the process.
Qualifications
  • Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Business Development or equivalent
  • Passionate about Uniqlo brand and has high goal orientation
