Job Description

As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for serving as a technical liaison between our platform and clients. Your primary goal will be to design and implement custom integrations that meet the unique needs of each client.

Working closely with our clients, you will gather technical requirements, provide ongoing support, and translate business needs into functional solutions. You will also be responsible for managing multiple active integration projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

This role combines strong development skills with exceptional client communication, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.


Requirements
  • Development Skills: Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including API integrations, data migration, and payroll implementation.
  • Client Communication: Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable language.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent integration projects with varying complexity and deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and creative solution development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong track record of successful customer interaction in technical roles.
