Financial Director

At GRJ JARO ENTERPRISE INC., we are seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead our financial strategy and risk management efforts. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in finance and accounting.

About the Role:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to minimize financial risks and maximize returns on investment.
• Oversee the general accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial closing and year-end reporting.
• Supervise and train accounting staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records, adhering to regulatory compliance and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in senior accounting roles, preferably as a Finance Manager or Accounting Manager.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and management principles, with certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) being a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience working with other financial systems such as SAP.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
