Job Overview

The Head of Curriculum will lead the development and enhancement of an AI-driven learning ecosystem that outpaces traditional education methods, with a focus on student achievement data. This role requires a strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and Continuously Enhance the AI-Powered Learning Ecosystem: Design and implement cutting-edge AI technologies to create a seamless and effective learning experience for students.
  • Engage Directly with Students: Foster a culture of open communication, actively listening to students' concerns, ideas, and feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Mine Learning Platform Data: Analyze and interpret large datasets to surface actionable insights, drive academic interventions, and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion a Culture of Experimentation and Evidence-Based Decision-Making: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data to drive step-changes in students' growth trajectories.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with educators, designers, and engineers to translate academic insights and student feedback into impactful product enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree or Higher: A graduate degree in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field is required.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech, with a track record of driving innovation and improvement.
  • Experience Applying AI Technologies: A strong background in applying AI technologies in an educational or professional context, with expertise in machine learning and data analysis.
  • Strong Understanding of Learning Science Principles: A deep knowledge of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive student success.
