Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Systems Project Manager to join our team. This is a 12-month project engagement with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role subject to performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise, coordinate, and work with project stakeholders for the design, build, and testing activities of the project.
  • Help implement and complete the project on time based on agreed deliverables, including full documentation and handover.
  • Provide regular updates to the project sponsor and raise concerns to support the resolution of issues.
  • Identify and address any challenges during the project promptly, contribute to finding solutions, and ensure the project stays on track.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required)
  • 5+ years of experience in finance systems, including 2+ years in implementation and project rollout
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Accounts Payable and Financial Accounting and Controlling modules), with knowledge of SAP Ariba
  • Experience in the insurance, financial services, or shared services industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong project management skills with at least two successful project implementations or rollouts
  • Strong communication skills, agile, and able to work independently in a multinational, project-driven environment
