Looking for a Senior Software QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team in ensuring the reliability, usability and performance of our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of software QA engineers to set high standards for quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Gain deep understanding of business processes and real-world problems our software solves, translating them into practical test cases and QA strategies.
  • Define and enforce release acceptance criteria to ensure product builds meet both business needs and end-user expectations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers and UX teams during backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure quality is built into every phase of the development lifecycle.
  • Run product demos and validation sessions with stakeholders to capture early feedback and keep development on track.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and drive its implementation where it brings the most value.
  • Create and standardize test plans, procedures and documentation across multiple projects and teams.
