Responsibilities:- Case Investigation and Management
- Conduct thorough investigations of subrogation claims.
- Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and analyze data to support case arguments.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Negotiate with medical providers, government agencies, and insurers to reduce or eliminate liens.
- Advocate for clients' interests to maximize settlement outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate smooth resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, and private insurance regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of correspondence, settlements, and payments.
- Prepare detailed case reports for management and legal teams.
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to identify subrogation opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Subrogation Manager to address complex cases and escalate issues as needed.
- Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
