About the role

As the E-Commerce Specialist, you will be pivotal in driving our online sales success. Collaborate with various departments to craft well-rounded strategies and maintain our position at the forefront of digital innovation in the window furnishings sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time.
  • Align billing with NDIS guidelines and resolve errors and discrepancies.
  • Manage funding claims and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS/NDIA regulations.
  • Monitor trends in billing reports and identify issues for resolution.
  • Generate reports on claim statuses and aged debt analyses.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure accurate billing eligibility.
  • Provide training on care management systems and improve technical knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant qualifications in administration, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to convey information clearly in written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in shared services, customer service, or the NDIS sector (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skills.
