Market Research Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to join our research team as a Market Research Assistant. This is a remote, full-time role that plays a key part in gathering market intelligence through a combination of online research and direct phone outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calling local apartment communities to verify and update property information
  • Conducting online research to gather rental and occupancy data
  • Tracking development pipelines: what's being built, where, and by whom
  • Identifying property sales, listings, and ownership changes
  • Inputting and managing data using Microsoft Excel and Word
Requirements:
  • A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Comfortable using a VOIP system via Microsoft Teams for phone calls
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • A reliable computer setup, preferably with dual monitors and a stable internet connection
  • Someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work
