Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Monitoring and Validation: Responsible for monitoring and validating supplier's data focusing on stores and prescription information on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Quality Testing: Supports US local office in quality testing projects before loading data into production.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Timely Delivery: Manages delivery of timelines and quality of output and creates documentation.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting: Creates and submits reports on analysis results.
  • Production Issue Resolution: Provides feedback to teams involved whenever there's a production issue.
  • Compliance: Ensures compliance with internal quality standards and information security policies and processes.
  • Process Checks: Performs checks as outlined in the process document.
  • Store Management: Responsible for store monitoring and management, batch process management, imputation process, evaluation maintenance, and overriding stores and suppliers.
  • Quality Processes: Follows quality processes thoroughly – checklists, standards, etc.
  • Data Warehousing: Conducts quality checks across various data warehouses and tools for both Prescriber and Patient offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Performs functions as directed by the team leader.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills; customer focus, attention to detail, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and basic SQL skills. Knowledge of SAS is an advantage but not required.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work well under time constraints and with minimum supervision. Willingness to work the night shift.
