Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and Head of Credit & Portfolio Management to establish portfolio management frameworks and credit risk appetite thresholds.
  • Develop processes and build credit portfolio monitoring systems to assess, identify, and reduce credit risk while optimizing returns.
  • Analyze industry trends and research to inform business decisions.
  • Draft and update policies to ensure compliance with regulations and emerging trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields; an MBA or post-graduate degree is an advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer/Merchant Lending/SME credit and data analytics.
  • Excellent quantitative skills with a background in credit scoring, strategy, and credit cycle management.
  • Experience in credit loss forecasting.
