Editorial Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Editorial Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and refining draft reports to ensure clarity, coherence, and logical flow of ideas.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and edit draft reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of content.
- Collaborate with authors to refine the structure and tone of reports to meet editorial standards.
- Ensure compliance with style guides and terminology conventions.
- Conduct a final check of documents prior to publication or submission to ensure edits are incorporated and the report meets high editorial standards.
- University Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in editing publications and technical reports, especially in international journals and academic institutions.
- Working knowledge (Level C) of English language.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of standard office software (MS Office).
- Knowledge of FAOSTYLE and terminology conventions.
