Job Summary:

PMAX Global seeks a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, training institutions, and government agencies.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned to support the Recruitment team.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with a concentration in HR or Industrial Relations.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO setting, with a focus on volume hiring and mass recruitment.
