Your Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to find the best fit for our diverse roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding and promote Gaisano Mall of Cebu as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
  • A passion for finding and nurturing top talent in a competitive market.
