The Life Protection Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the hotel's life protection functions, including fire safety, emergency response and first aid.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with local and national fire safety codes and regulations.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure that all staff are aware of emergency procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, tests and maintenance activities.
You will also be responsible for providing training to staff on fire safety and emergency response procedures.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Engineering or related field.
- Registered or licensed by state or local authority to perform fire safety engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fire safety management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
