Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The primary objective of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to collaborate with internal teams to identify, assess, and engage high-potential candidates for specific client requirements.

  • Develop creative strategies to source and prequalify talent through targeted outreach initiatives, such as email campaigns and LinkedIn connections, to strengthen the candidate pipeline.
  • Utilize profiling techniques and phone calls/emails to gauge interest levels and pre-qualify candidates, focusing on the unique demands of US recruitment.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and streamlined processes.
  • Establish and maintain contact information for active pipeline candidates, prioritizing US-based talent acquisition.

Candidate Management:

  • Design and update job descriptions and specifications tailored to meet the demands of the US market.
  • Collect and maintain accurate contact information and lists of US-based talent from online databases and internal sources.
  • Effectively manage a robust candidate flow for the team, prioritizing US talent acquisition and development.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional English communication skills, specifically tailored for effective interactions with US clients and candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to drive efficient US recruitment operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn is essential for administrative tasks and strategic outreach initiatives.
