Job Title: Zoho Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the migration of our operations to Zoho, encompassing inventory management, customer relations, sales tracking, and financial integration. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the system post-migration.

Responsibilities:
  • Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
  • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and accounting systems for financial tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide training to team members on utilizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other relevant applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously improve business workflows and automation processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems and their integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members in using Zoho efficiently.
