The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and networking, with experience in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, server, and service issues. You will work collaboratively with our global network operation support team to identify operational issues and suggest design alterations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review cloud infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, server, and service issues.
  • Identify operational issues and suggest design alterations.
  • Work within a distributed global network operation support team.
  • Schedule cloud infrastructure maintenance and upgrades as needed.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in cloud computing and networking. You will also need to possess certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Azure Developer Associate.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
